Most of the content of this page will include easy to make healthy and fun recipes- from a simple pouched eggs and avo to a festive choc orange banana bread. In everything I make I aim to use whole , nutritious ingredients which you can find in the cupboard at home.
You’ll be seeing lots of pictures of my brunch, breakfast and even snakes that I’ve created (because let’s be honest, if you don’t take a picture of it, did you even brunch...?)

That's right, below you are about to be blessed with one healthy, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free Banana Bread Recipe; and it actually tastes good... Your welcome :)
Ingredients:
- Two Bananas
- Half a cup of Gluten Free Flour
- A dash or two of Cinnamon
- A dash of Almond Milk
- One Egg
- Cacao powder
Optional (but makes it AMAZBALLS):
- Nuts of your choice
- Orange zest
- Nutmeg
- Blueberries
Method:
- Simply mash all of the bananas together with a fork
- Crack the egg in a give it a good whisk
- Then add the flour little by little until you get a good consistency
- After this add the almond milk, again little by little until your happy with how it looks.
- Then finally add the Cacao and Cinnamon and any other optional ingredients you choose to input and boom, you're done!
- Place in a 180' Oven for around 30mins (depending on thickness of bread)
